Women who are pregnant and giving birth are granted annual leave. If they wish annual leave may be taken before or after maternity leave or holiday to care for the child.
Annual leave for single fathers, single mothers (widows, divorced, single mothers) raising one or more children under the age of 14 (children with disabilities under 16) and wives of conscripts, at their discretion at a time or at another convenient time for them.
Women with two or more children under the age of 12 or a disabled child under the age of 16 are entitled to additional paid leave of at least 3 working days per year.
Women who have two or more children under the age of 12 or a disabled child under the age of 16 may, at their discretion, be granted unpaid leave of at least fourteen calendar days a year. Such leave can be added to annual leave or used separately (in whole or in part) for a period determined in agreement with the employer.
