Eligible categories

A recommendation to compete within the additional state grant quota may be issued to:

• women from families included in the Social Register;
• socially vulnerable girls raised in a single-parent family whose father, mother or both parents have died;
• socially vulnerable widows raising a minor child alone;
• women from families in need that have a child with a disability;
• daughters of socially vulnerable single women raising two or more children and living separately from relatives, including in rented accommodation;
• women from families in need where one or both parents have a Group I or Group II disability.

The applicant must submit an electronic application to the district or city family and women’s department at her place of residence.

The recommendation only provides the right to participate in a separate competition. It does not guarantee admission or the award of a state grant.

The recommendation is valid for one year and applies to the applicant’s first selected programme. The procedure is regulated by Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 402.
